What pie are you?

If you could be any pie, what pie would you be?

A tart lemon meringue pie or a rich dark chocolate velvety to the taste buds with whipped cream topping?

How about a frozen ice cream pie with fresh cherries on top? be8578cbb4e6760a874c760fd2c080c3

But oh……salmon and hand picked dill under a puff pastry……or cremini mushrooms sauteed in a Guinness sauce?

The possibilities are endless!  There should be a saying: “not every pie is the same” because I could make a traditional apple pie and you could make a traditional apple pie, but they would both taste differently……you might add a bit of salt to your crust……I might use butter instead of shortening…..

And what about the styling?  How would you style your pie??  Now this is the fun part for me…..like the ‘icing on the cake’

Tomorrow is the launch of

Pie*ography Thursday

pieogprahy button 3

need inspiration?  get over there to Pinterest, or get out your magazines, search online at your favorite websites….

Here’s what you need to do for tomorrow’s Pie*ography Thursday:
1)  write a bit about why your life is (let’s say) a chicken pot pie
2)  bake your pie and share your recipe
3)  take pictures of your pie

When those things are done, you’ll be able to link up to my blog here and share your life as a pie  tomorrow!

Can’t wait to get some great recipes and read some inspirational life stories!!

xo + pie blessings,
Anne Marie
